Building element with open profile, with long or short groutnick and self-levelling

The building element made of likely materials having square shape in cross-section and missing at least one wall (1), so that it can the shape of U, L or I letters or they can have circle or angular shape. There are groove type locks (4) minimally on two opposite walls and there are key type locks (5) on the opposite wall. These locks can have shape of "T", "0 "V", "1" etc. (20), (21), (22), (23). These locks can also be either continuous along the element or divided into short sections. There are hooks (24) and (25) an the side walls for fixing the heat-isolation panels and dry wall boards. The hooks can be prolonged using the connecting element (26). The walls of the building element are either complete or perforated minimally by one hole if needed. A reflection layer can cover minimally one inner wall when using transparent material.
