<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying gun device by which a sprayed coating film having high adhesion can be formed by suppressing the spreading of thermal spraying flame, thereby increasing the flatting ratio of droplets at the time of deposition to the body to be thermal-sprayed. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal spraying gun device provided with a thermal spraying gun 3 melting successively fed wire 7 by combustion flame, feeding the droplets composed of the melted wire to the feeding direction of the wire by atomizing air, thereafter, making the droplets into thermal spraying flame 65 by accelerator air jetted from a jet port 3a formed at the tip of a nozzle to a direction crossed with the above feeding direction and spraying the same on the inside face of the bore in a cylinder block to form a sprayed coating, the circumference of the jet port is provided with jet pores 76 for diffusion prevention jetting diffusion prevention air 77 suppressing the diffusion of the thermal spraying flame by the accelerator air jetted from the jet port.
