Turbo machine having inlet guide vanes and attachment arrangement therefor

The turbo machine has a guide baffle and a support ring (6) on which a ring of guide vanes (7) are arranged round the central axis (R). The support ring is fixed by fixings (26,27) axially and/or radially movable on the housing assembly (2) which contains the turbine (4). The turbo machine can be designed as a turbo charger where the guide baffle has a variable geometry and the support ring is designed as a bearing ring for mounting the axles of movable guide vanes. Independent claim describes fixing ring for turbo machine with mountings each side of a division in the fixing ring to compress same.
