PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that it is not conventionally considered to announce incoming of a call in accordance with the priority of telephone call opposite parties or the like even while viewing a program in a communication terminal capable of receiving a television program, for example, and it is not considered, either, to notify a time when the program ends, to the opposite party of a telephone call. SOLUTION: The present invention includes a video reproducing means for reproducing a video, a communication means for performing communication, a storage means for storing incoming call notification conditions indicating which one of video reproduction and incoming call notification is to take preceding to the other, and a setting means for setting the incoming call notification conditions, and is characterized by notifying the incoming of call according to the incoming call notification conditions when there is the incoming call while the video reproducing means reproduces a video image.
