PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium into which audio data are recorded, its recording/reproducing method, its recording device and a reproducing device. SOLUTION: The recording medium is provided with a plurality of tracks into which audio data are recorded. Identification data, which are used to identify between the tracks, are recorded in terms of a recording unit that is independent from the audio data.
