The device has a series of vertical bands (1), each of which is constituted of double strips united between them along a whole length of the bands except some small sections called eyelets (3). The bands are fixed with an anchorage (4) on an upper part of an entering zone of a container (7). Ribbons (10) installed on the container are inserted in the eyelets to fix objects (12), where ribbons have a tightener (11) in their central part. |
