摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect amount of fluctuation of engine speed caused by performing single injection when learning injection amount and learn injection amount with high precision by eliminating influence of fluctuation of engine speed by compression of the next cylinder. SOLUTION: An ECU (injection control unit) detects the engine speed of an engine during the time from opening of an exhaust valve to detection of TDC of the next cylinder after performing single injection. Amountδof fluctuation of the engine speed caused by single injection is calculated based on the engine speed. Consequently, since the engine speedω3 immediately after single injection is detected after cylinder internal pressure (Sp1+Sp2) raised by single injection is reduced down to substantially the same level as cylinder internal pressure when performing no single injection, amount (amountδ1 of fluctuation of the engine speed) for increasing the engine speed by torque generated by single injection can be accurately detected.
