PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency electronic door locking device which can forcedly lock or unlock a door from inside when the door cannot be automatically locked or unlocked in an emergency. SOLUTION: The emergency electronic door locking device is formed of (A) a lock main body having a locking member and a locking member operating element, (B) an internal body having a built-in battery, (C) an external body having a key pad for opening the door arranged on a front surface thereof, (D) a control circuit section for controlling operation of the locking member, (E) a driving motor for carrying out forward/backward driving by control of the control circuit section, (F) a reduction gear, and (G) a rotational force transmitting section for transmitting rotational force of the reduction gear to the locking member operating element. The locking device is comprised of a forcedly rotating member which has one end thereof connected to the center of the rotational force transmitting section and the other end thereof protruding to the front of the internal body, and grips the other end in an emergency, to thereby forcedly rotate the rotational force transmitting section, and a gripping section which is mounted on the outside of the other end of the forcedly rotating member to grip the other end at the time of the forced rotation.
