PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage treatment structure in a tunnel capable of being constituted in a condition not extruding from the inner wall face of the tunnel and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: A water guide groove 5 is formed by cutting off an incision distance of substantially same depth provided at both sides pinching a water leakage part 12 of the inner wall face 3 of the tunnel 2. A flat smooth face 17 is formed by applying a cut off material at both sides of the bottom face part 9 of the water guide groove 5. The front end part 38 of the elastic cut off parts 23, 23 of both sides of leakage water receiving gutter 6, to be fitted in the water guide groove 5 bring the front end part 38 of elastic cut off parts 23 of both sides into contact with the flat smooth face 17 and by fastening a concrete nail 10a keeping the state, the front end 38 of elastic cut off part 23 is made into elastic pressure contact with the flat smooth face 17 to cut off the pressure contact part.
