<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed polypropylene resin sheet which is excellent in appearance and secondary forming processability such as thermoforming and the foamed polypropylene sheet which is obtained by the method and is good in smoothness without periodic thickness nonuniformity by corrugation. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the extruded foamed polypropylene resin sheet, a circular die in which an angle θ1 formed by the tip contraction part direction of the circular die and the extrusion direction of an extruder is 80-100° is used, and a cylindrical cooling tube in which an angle θ2 formed by the discharge direction of a resin discharged from the tip of the circular die and the extrusion direction of the extruder is 80-90° is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
