CARD IMMEDIATE ISSUE SYSTEM BY ONLINE ADMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately issue a credit card for non-face-to-face transaction upon online admission application.

SOLUTION: This card immediate issue system 1a comprises a customer terminal 8 and a reception terminal 10a. The reception terminal 10a has: a reception information database 115 for storing admission reception information received from the customer terminal 8; a determination means 13 for executing admission determination work of a card based on the admission reception information and for storing its determination result in the determination database 15; a paperless issue means 131 for determining admission by limiting use application and a credit line of the card to shopping use for a customer desiring immediate use of the non-face-to-face transaction to annunciate the card number to the customer terminal 8 before card issue; and a changeover means 57 for rewriting the determination result of the determination database 15 without changing the annunciated card number when the determination means 13 determines that the card can be issued with normal application and line.
