METHOD OF ABSORBING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE EMPLOYING SOLAR BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of absorbing an electromagnetic wave employing a solar battery capable of vanishing reflection of the electromagnetic waves from a solar battery without interfering with a solar photovoltaic power generation.

SOLUTION: Each of the three medium layers of a solar cell, i.e., a glass layer 51 on the surface, an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) layer 52 and a semiconductor layer 53 is controlled in thickness so that the reflected waves reflected on respective surfaces will have opposite phases to each other. The reflected waves are canceled by making the reflected waves reflected on respective surfaces phased oppositely to each other.
