<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device equipped with a plastic substrate which has an inorganic barrier layer and is excellent in surface flatness. <P>SOLUTION: The display device has a complex layer which includes fiber cloth 3 impregnated with a resin, the first plastic substrate 20 which has the inorganic barrier layer 25 formed on the complex layer and a palanarization resin layer 24 formed on the inorganic barrier layer 25 and a display medium layer 26 which is disposed on the palanarization resin layer side of the first substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
