<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of changing an LSI recognition signal without performing any mask correction processing in change of a circuit in a semiconductor device requiring the LSI recognition signal. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is provided with a non-volatile memory 102 storing data about the LSI recognition signal required by a processor 101 and a non-volatile memory control part 103 writing the LSI recognition signal to the non-volatile memory 102. In changing the circuit, the LSI recognition signal after the circuit change is supplied from an LSI tester 110, and the LSI recognition signal is written in the non-volatile memory 102. The LSI recognition signal written in the non-volatile memory 102 is read by the processor 101.
