<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that virtual reality provided by a system seems untrue to fail to strongly motivate users. <P>SOLUTION: The system presents preliminary information through user terminal 3 to explain in advance a situation that is going to occur to user 2 for the purpose of facilitating acceptance of it by the user 2, causing the situation explained in advance to occur on the terminal 3 right before the user to cause the user to easily empathize with the virtual realities full of a feeling of real life previously prepared by an event providing system server 1, transmitting direction information included in event information to the user 2 in one-way communication by using the communication function of the user terminal 3, and executing performance of unilaterally terminating the call after transmission of the information and counting down the time limit given for achievement of a task so that a state of mind similar to giving-up and a business-like determination to an action induced by the state of mind are caused in the user 2.
