PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of sag-removing, pulling-in, tensioning and fixing a cable, without using a pull rod. SOLUTION: A fixed side anchor on one end of the cable is hookingly fixed to a fixing member. A primary pulling-in wire rod composed of a PC steel stranded wire, and a secondary pulling-in wire rod, are connected to a movable side anchor socket on the other end of the cable. A secondary tensile reaction receiving member is connected and fixed to an end part of the secondary pulling-in wire rod. Primary pulling-in is performed until a head part of the secondary tensile reaction receiving member for connecting the primary pulling-in wire rod to the end part of the secondary pulling-in wire rod, passes through a bearing plate of a pulling-in device, by the pulling-in deice. Next, the secondary pulling-in wire rod is pulled in by operating the pulling-in device after fitting the secondary tensile reaction receiving member to the bearing plate of the pulling-in device.
