SOLUTION: In the joining method, aluminum alloy materials composed of 6000 series aluminum alloys subjected to T4 refining are subjected to friction stir joining to obtain a joined body 34, thereafter, in a stage before the formation of a GP zone on the joint 16 in the joined body 34, the joined body 34 is subjected to subaging treatment of finishing hardening by artificial aging treatment before the hardness of the joint 16 reaches the maximum hardness.
