PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the warping and deformation of a panel, and to decorate the panel in a good-looking manner. SOLUTION: V-shaped cross-section grooves 20 with a depth, which does not allow an arrival at a sheet material 18, are formed in a boundary part 22 between a part serving as a panel plate, and a part serving as a side plate, of a base plate, and a part serving as a joint 24 between the adjacent side plates, on the backside of the plate-like base plate 16 where a sheet material 18 is stuck on a front side, so that the side plate 14 rising on the backside along an outer peripheral edge of the panel plate 12 can be provided integrally with the panel plate. The panel 10, which is fixed by perpendicularly folding back the side plate in the backside direction, and a frame 30, which is formed like a frame body and provided with an annular fitting groove 32 for fitting the side plate of the panel on the front side, are integrally provided by fitting the side plate of the panel into the fitting groove from the front side of the frame.
