PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection apparatus for avoiding the duplication of a proxy function, system and its method. SOLUTION: The network connection apparatus comprises a bridge module which connects a communication module using a first communication method and a communication module using a second communication method; a proxy UPnP service module which provides a proxy function for a network apparatus using the above second communication method connected to the bridge module; and a duplicated proxy UPnP service module which is connected to the communication module using the first communication method and the proxy UPnP service module, and which prevents that the proxy function for the network apparatus using the specified second communication method is doubly activated in many bridges.
