PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which enables desired voice to be easily heard and can record voice without the sense of incongruity. SOLUTION: The voice is inputted as digital voice data through a microphone 62 and the digital voice data is adjusted by a voice adjusting section 64 in such a manner that only the prescribed voice component is enhanced.
