QUALITY EVALUATION DEVICE AND PRODUCT EVALUATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to judge similarity even when a distribution pattern of a frequency spectrum is deviated to a frequency axis direction. SOLUTION: A learning vector quantization means 22 finds out deflection quantity obtained when a frequency spectrum already learned by a learning sample and included in a sound wave from an object is deviated to the frequency axis direction so that the degree of coincidence with the frequency spectrum of the learning sample is increased and deviates the frequency spectrum obtained from a feature sound extraction device 1 to the frequency axis direction only by the found deviation quantity. The deviated frequency spectrum is inputted to a sorting neural network 23 to sort the distribution pattern of the frequency spectrum obtained as an output from the learning vector quantization means 22 and evaluate the quality of the object.
