PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating water ejection device which hardly causes splashes of water to the outside of a sink, even if used, for example, for washing away a dirt on tableware etc. by the momentum of the ejected water. SOLUTION: This elevating water ejection device comprises an elevating holding member which is installed on a mounting surface of a kitchen with the sink, an elevating pipe which advances/retreats and rotates inside the elevating holding member, a spout which is installed at the upper end of the elevating pipe, and an outlet which is provided at the tip, on the side of nonconnection with the elevating pipe, of the spout; and the outlet is positioned in the recessed inside of the sink when the elevating pipe is positioned in a lowermost part.
