PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grave structure for easily inserting a cinerary urn into a charnel house, and preventing infiltration of rainwater into the charnel house, by extracting a bone cover by opening a door of an incense burner, without moving a worshipping stone. SOLUTION: This grave structure is formed by placing a gravestone 3 in an upper part of an outside fence 1 forming the charnel house 2 inside, by assembling body stones 1A to 1D on a foundation 6 in a plane frame shape. A first cutout part 15 is formed by cutting out a front face of of a lower base 10 for constituting the lowest stage of the gravestone 3 in a planar recessed shape, and the worshipping stone 17 forming a planar recessed-shaped second cutout part 16 is oppositely arranged to this cutout part. A first inserting port 18 is formed of the first and second cutout parts 15 and 16. An incense burner base 20 opening a second inserting port 25 is superposed on this inserting port, and the bone cover 24 is extractably superposed on this base. An incense burner side wall 21 is arranged on both left and right sides of this cover. Left and right doors 22 are openably-closably installed on this front face, and the box-shaped incense burner 4 is formed by installing an incense burner shade 23 in an upper part.
