PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe member 1, provided internally with a spiral guide 4, which can be integrally molded, at low cost, and in compact form. SOLUTION: In this pipe member 1, the spiral guide 4 is formed long along an axis 3, parting the inner diameter part of a cylinder body 2 in the diametric direction of it, to be twisted around the axis 3 of the cylinder body 2. They are integrally molded by extrusion in such a way that the outer circumferential edge of the guide 4 is continuously connected to the inner diameter wall 2a of the cylinder body 2.
