PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular vibration reducing device capable of reducing the brake vibration when a brake is applied to a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular vibration reducing device 1 comprises a wheel 14 which is rotatably supported by an axle shaft 10, an in-wheel motor 20 disposed on the inner side of the wheel 14 in a rocking manner, springs 31 and 32 and a damper 33 which are disposed between the in-wheel motor 20 and the axle shaft 10 to damp the vibration of the in-wheel motor 20, and a damper actuator 34 to change the damping force of the damper 33 between the braking mode and the non-braking mode of a vehicle.
