PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacturing of a beautiful part having a solid center part, wherein the manufacturing is capable of facilitating attachment of a strip sheet, and quickly carrying out operations without the sheet being detached at the beginning of rolling. SOLUTION: A needle tool 11 comprises a main body 12, a chuck part 14, a holder 15, and a needle 13. The needle 13 has a small diameter, and when the strip sheet is wound around it, a beautiful part with its center compacted can be manufactured. A head end portion 16a of a split groove 16 of the needle 13 is wide, and the rear end portion of it is narrow correspondingly to the thickness of the strip sheet. Accordingly, a winding operation facilitating attachment of the strip sheet and not easily allowing detachment of the sheet while it is attached can be performed quickly and precisely.
