发明名称 METHOD FOR MAINTENANCE OF MEASURING INSTRUMENT USING LPA EXCITATION SIGNAL AS INDICATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the maintenance of a measuring instrument using as the indicator an LPA(lysophosphatidic acid) excitation signal via an endogenous LPA receptor of Xenopus laevis. SOLUTION: The method comprises inspecting a measuring instrument for measuring the electric current response of cells utilizing the electric current responsiveness of Xenopus Oocytes to LPA, specifically comprising the step (1) of setting up the measuring instrument for measuring the electric current response of cells, the step (2) of setting Xenopus Oocytes on the instrument, the step (3) of contacting LPA with the Xenopus Oocytes to measure the electric current response difference before and after LPA contacts, and the step (4) of determining that the instrument is normal if the difference is detected.
