A transmission data structure suitable for the use of Timed Text in delivery of streaming type. A PES packet (1) has a data structure for transferring a text track of MP4 file and causing a data receiving apparatus to perform a streaming type of reproduction. Track Header (111), Sample Description (112) and Config Information (113) are information related to the reproduction of the whole text track. Text frames (114) have text samples and segment text headers. The text samples include texts. Each segment text header is provided for a respective text sample, and is information related to a respective reproduction of the text sample.
