Method for stabilizing proteins on a micro-array

Provided is a method for stabilizing proteins immobilized on the surface of a solid support (arrays) by incorporating polyols in the solutions to be dispensed. The polyols increase the time dependent and thermal stability of all the spotted proteins present on the same support thus allowing a conservation of the micro-arrays and their use after a long storage period for quantitative multiparametric analysis. <IMAGE>
