<p>1. A method of and installation for cold transformation of solid municipal waste (USR) and/or sludge into neutral substances, characterised in that the method covers the following stages: - solid municipal waste (USR) and/or sludge is proportioned to feeding lines. Along the feeding line, the processed substance deironed by means of a deironing device with a mechanical scrap press. Then, the processed substance is ground by means of a coarse-grinding device, preferably a device with four crown cutting hammers. - The processed substance is introduced into a micro-particle grinder, to reduce its granulation and retrieve the water contained in it; - 5 to 10 percent by mass of the main component of CaO is added to the processed substance; - 5 to 10 percent by mass of the main component of CaCO3 is added to the processed substance; - 3 to 10 percent by mass of the main component of a polymerous additive is added to the processed substance. Then, a polymerous additive form the following group is used: polyvinyl acetate and its derivatives, polyurethane and its derivatives and styrene polymer and its derivatives. 5. The installation for cold transformation of solid municipal waste and/or sludge into neutral substances, characterised in that it comprises all or combinations of some of the following elements: - At least one, preferably two, concrete chambers (1a, 1b) for unloading solid municipal waste and sludge; - At least one, preferably two, travelling cranes (2a, 2b), equipped with forks for loading the belt conveyor equipped with an appropriate tank; - The first horizontal belt conveyor (2), equipped with a loading tank, which feeds the grinding machine; - Device for deirioning (4) with a mechanical scrap press, installed before the first...</p> |
