<p>PURPOSE: A method is provided which performs recovery and refining in a single process and utilizes synthesized compound in chemical vapor deposition by preparing an indium compound bonded to ligands ofβ-diketone group from ITO(In(2-x)SnxO3) scrap. CONSTITUTION: The method for recovering and refining indium from ITO(In(2-x)SnxO3) scrap through synthesis of indiumβ-diketonate comprises a crushing step of mechanically crushing ITO(In(2-x)SnxO3) scrap; dissolving and neutralizing steps of neutralizing the dissolved material with an ammonia solution after dissolving the crushed ITO(In(2-x)SnxO3) scrap with hydrochloric acid; indiumβ-diketonate compound forming step of dispersing the filtered hydroxide into a certain amount of alcohol after filtering hydroxide generated by precipitation, and heating the mixture after mixing the hydroxide dispersed into alcohol withβ-diketone compound; solvent extracting step of extracting indiumβ-diketonate only as an organic solvent layer using a pure organic solvent; and drying step of preparing pure compound of indiumβ-diketonate by drying the obtained organic solvent layer using magnesium sulfide and removing solvent from a resulting material under the pressure.</p> |
