1. The electrochemical sensor is designed for measuring concentrations of several gases simultaneously. A solid electrolyte is the active substance. It has conductive electrodes and a heater layer, mounted on a shared base. It is characterised in that the layer of solid electrolyte (3) is in contact with the first electrode (4) and the second electrode (5). The solid electrolyte is made of a layer of the substance with the general formula Na1+xZr2SixP3-xO12. |
