The invention refers to the alcoholic beverage industry, in particular to a balsam. The balsam, according to the invention, contains hydroalcoholic macerate of vegetal raw material: aboveground part of common marjoram, St. John's wort and milfoil, sweet flag calamus rhizomes, brandy mint leaves, liquorice root, pine buds, as well as the ingredients: dessert red wine with the strength of 16% vol., sugar, caramel, citric acid, vanillin and hydroalcoholic solution; the vegetal raw material and the ingredients are taken in the following ratio, for 1000 L of finished product, in kg: aboveground part of common marjoram 0,44...0,59, aboveground part of St. John's wort 0,55...0,77, aboveground part of milfoil 0,64...0,86, sweet calamus rhizomes 0,11...0,15, brandy mint leaves 0,65...0,96, liquorice root 0,85...1,15, pine buds 0,17...0,23, sugar 97,0...131,0, caramel 8,50...11,50, citric acid 0,07...0,11, vanillin 0,21...0,29, in L: dessert red wine with the strength of 16% vol. 221...299, hydroacoholic solution the rest, up to the strength of 42,00,5% vol.
