The amplifier of the bicycle front wheel rotary motion comprises two pairs of magnetic plates in the form of rings, installed onto the wheel spokes and onto the fork feathers, the adjacent surfaces of each pair of rings having the same polarity. The pedals of the bicycle are joined between them with a cable by a system of running pulley and fixed pulleys.
