The invention refers to medicine, in particular to otorhinolaryngology. Summary of the invention consists in carrying out the anesthesis of nasal mucosa, introducing an ansa into the nasal cavity, dressing the ansa onto the polyp and excision thereof. Then, the polyp is fixed to the funnel of an aspiration tube by creating a negative pressure into the tube. At the same time, the polyp removal is carried out by extracting the ansa together with said tube. The used device includes a body with a ring to one end, and onto the body there is installed a gliding handle with two lateral rings. To the opposite end of the body there is coupled a hollow rod, through which passes a tightening cable joining the gliding handle with an ansa from the opposite end of the rod. At the same time, parallel to the rod it is connected an aspiration tube, having one end in the form of funnel for polyp fixation.
