The rapid exchange system is for form parts in a thermo-form matrix (3), whereby no harm is caused to possible cooling in the part to be exchanged. The part to be exchanged (2) is connected via couplings (1) with the other parts of the matrix. By central unlocking of these couplings via a pressure plate (5) the exchange parts lie loosely in the matrix and can be removed. Then, directly, new exchange parts can be engaged in the existing couplings. The central pressure plate is operated pneumatically, hydraulically, electrically or mechanically.
