<p>The invention relates to an autostatic trocar allowing the transparietal access of surgical instruments employed during abdominal surgery. According to the invention, the autostatic trocar comprises a cylinder-shaped jacket (1) attached, by its proximal end, to a casing (3) containing a valve (4) which does not allow the gas employed in laparoscopy for creating the working chamber to be lost, while the distal end thereof is provided with an inflatable device (2)which permits the variation of the external diameter of the autostatic trocar, depending on the state of the balloon - minimal diameter when the balloon is not inflated (6), maximal diameter when the balloon is inflated - so that the autostatic trocar cannot be accidentally removed from its transparietal seat.</p> |
