<p>The invention relates to an installation for producing carbonated water, meant to be used for filling normalized containers. According to the invention, the installation for producing carbonated water is supplied with water to be filtered and carbonated from a source (A) and consists of a cylinder (26) containing CO2 for the carbonation, water purifying means comprising a mechanical filter (1) and a carbon filter (3) placed downstream in relation to the source (A), a mixing tank (C) placed downstream in relation to the mechanical filter (1) and the carbon filter (3) for receiving the purified water and mixing the same with gas, and a bottle-filling unit (D) placed downstream in relation to the mixing tank (C) for receiving the purified water and mixing the same with gas, between the carbon filter (3) and the mixing tank (C) there is provided a heat exchanger (B) inside of which there is a coil (9) wherethrough there circulates freon in order to cool the supply water for obtaining a homogeneous water-CO2 mixture.</p> |
