<p>PURPOSE: A relative motion control system and a controlling method thereof are provided to control a motion of the second unit system by compensating a relative difference due to a relative interrelation between the first and the second unit systems. CONSTITUTION: A relative motion control system(200) controls a second unit system(220) operated according to a first unit system(230). The second unit system includes a control target system(224) and a controller(222) for controlling the control target system. The controller is used for controlling the control target system according to a reference command. The reference command is reset by adding a feedback value of the reference command to a relative compensation value for compensating a relative difference due to a relative interrelation between the first and the second unit systems.</p> |
