Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein: R1 is H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, trityl, aryl-alkyl, aryl-alkenyl, heteroaromatic ring, heterocyclic ring, -C(O)R6, -C(O)OR6, C(O)NHR6, or an amino acid radical, dipeptide or tripeptide chain or mimetic thereof, or R1 is P(O)(OR')2, monophosphate, diphosphate, triphosphate or mimetic thereof, R2 is a radical of formula (II)-(VI), and the remaining substituents are defined herein.
