FIELD: solid-state physic, in particular material for non-linear optics, quantum electronics, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed material of general formula AgGeGeS4.contains (mass %): silver 28.51; gallium 18.42; sulfur 19.18; germanium 33.89. Material of present invention makes it possible to convert IR-spectrum region (lambda = 10.6 mum) to visible region (lambda<0.56 mum) with lower absorption coefficient (alpha = 0.04 cm-1) and higher optical rupture threshold (P>=50 MV/cm2). ^ EFFECT: optically homogeneous materials without cracks, enclosure of foreign phases, and polysynthetic twinned crystals. ^ 1 ex |
