FIELD: production of heat-insulating items. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the disperse systems of suds, which may be used in the technology of production of porous items on the basis of clay, cement, gypsum. The technical effect is an increased ratio of suds, cost reduction both of the foam maker and finished products at the expense of use of the liquid glass based on the wastes of a crystalline silicon production. The foam maker for production of heat-insulating items based on clay, cement, gypsum contains a surface active substance, a stabilizer - the liquid glass produced on the base of prepared on the basis of microsilica by a direct dissolution in the alkaline solutions in one stage at the atmospheric pressure and a temperature of up to 100°C within 40 - 120 minutes; and water; in the capacity of the surface active substance it contains a washing agent called Taiga" at following components ratio, (in mass %): the washing agent "Taiga" - 9.9 - 10.3, the indicated liquid glass - 1 - 1.03, water - 88.67-89.1. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased ratio of suds, cost reduction both of the foam maker and finished products. ^ 1 ex, 2 tbl |
