Identifier label application system

Disclosed is an application system for identifier labels which is particularly useful in applying identifier labels to articles or products such as vehicles. In one embodiment, a dynamic fluid such as provided by compressed air is utilized to apply a mixture of identifier labels and a base fluid, such as an adhesive or paint, to an article. In further embodiments, the dynamic fluid is also utilized to assist in the mixing of the mixture.
