The device has a bag on which two connection belts (1, 2) are integrated. The belt (1) is provided at the upper part of the device to attach the bag around the hip of a user, using a buckle system (3). The belt (2) is provided at the lower part of the device to attach the bag around the leg of the user, using an adhesive tape (4). A facade of the device has a drawing e.g. cross (5).
