The rack has a housing assembly (1) containing a bundle (3) of bags (30), and having a wall (10) with an opening permitting passage of a bag. The assembly has a friction unit placed in contact with the bag opposite to the wall. The friction unit is associated with a driving unit (4) to move the driving unit in the direction of the opening such that the driving unit drives a portion of the bag towards the opening.
