FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: since the 3d d against the onset of antibacterial therapy one should affect areas of uterine adnexa with 2%-curative gel of troxevasin preparation at the quantity of 1.5-2 ml along with ultrasound at intensity being 0.6 W/sq. cm from the 1st to the 4th procedure and 0.8 W/sq. cm from the 5th to the 8th procedure at impulse mode (2 m/sec) according to labile technique due to sounding each field for 5 min, daily, at 8 procedures/course. The innovation suggested enables to improve regional hemodynamics and functional activity of uterine adnexa, as well. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex |
