FIELD: oil industry, particularly vibration generating arrangements for boreholes or wells, for instance for stimulating production. ^ SUBSTANCE: facility has bottomhole striking tool, hoisting device arranged inside borehole and connected to striking tool and anvil. Hoisting device comprises body. Located in the body are piston with through orifice, valve and upper stop adapted to limit upward piston movement. Valve is connected with striking tool by rod and is formed as lower stop used to limit downward piston movement. Striking tool with rod and valve are used to transmit impacts of falling piston to anvil. Facility includes jet device arranged on tubing string. Inlet chamber of jet device communicates with over-piston space of hoisting device. Jet device diffuser is communicated with borehole bottom and with under-piston space of hoisting device. ^ EFFECT: extended range of application. ^ 1 dwg
