The carriage has a front gear (1) with wheels for rolling on the ground, and a case (8) with a distribution unit (9). The unit (9) has a laterally overhanging distributing chute (10) extending from the distribution unit. A deflector (12) extends obliquely from the front of the carriage till the chute bottom, and laterally by withdrawal from the chute. The deflector has a flap fixed and extending under a rigid frame.
