The device has a container (1) to receive tools e.g. drills, and two pull-tabs (2) arranged on edges of an open side of the container. An upper part (3) acting as a gripping unit of the container has a horizontal plane part (4) acting as a cover and two vertical plane parts (5) acting as a gripping unit of the cover. The closing/opening of the container is done by clipping/unclipping the cover with respect to the container. An independent claim is also included for a case having a opening/closing system and a housing to receive a tools storing device.
