FIELD: materials handling facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for pneumatic transportation of loose abrasive materials of higher concentration in gas mixture at increased distance of transportation. Proposed device contains transport pipeline, support and pressure flanges installed on pipeline and converging-type resilient ring inserts arranged between flanges and provided with conical outer surfaces in direction of movement of material, and branch pipes for additional supply of transporting compressed air through gas supply holes. Gas supply holes are made in support flanges provided with surfaces for mating with conical surfaces of resilient ring insets. Surface of each support flange from side of conical surface of resilient ring insert is provided with inner ring groove communicating with corresponding gas supply hole and is arranged with displacement of axis downwards relative to axis of pipeline. Slot hole formed in lower part of support flange is overlapped by resilient conical insert. ^ EFFECT: decreased abrasive wear of pipeline. ^ 4 dwg |
